A LITTLE HELP CHOOSING

An online die for games and decisions

The dice roller starts with six numbered entries for a familiar six-sided roll. You can also assign activities, names, or choices to the faces. With a shorter list, Let's Spin selects equally among the entries you supplied and lands on the corresponding face.

How to play

  1. Use the default entries 1 through 6 for a standard roll, or add up to six custom choices.
  2. Choose a lilac, casino red, or ivory die in Customize.
  3. Press Roll the dice or Space. The die settles on the face associated with the winning entry.

Good to know

How do I roll a standard six-sided die?

Keep six entries labeled 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6. Each number then has a one-in-six chance. Leave Remove winner after a pick switched off for repeated rolls.

Can I roll multiple dice or a twenty-sided die?

This tool rolls one six-sided die. For a custom choice among more than six options, use the prize wheel, lucky draw, or card shuffle.

How are winners chosen?

Let's Spin uses your browser’s cryptographic random number generator and avoids rounding bias when choosing an entry. Every nonempty entry has an equal chance. Duplicate labels count as separate entries. Colors, reveal styles, and animation duration do not affect the result.

Where are my lists saved?

Your entries, settings, and recent results stay in this browser’s local storage. They are not uploaded to a server or included in page links. Download a collection for a backup or to move it to another device; clearing browser data removes local collections.
